Dear Federation Secretary,
To help us plan ahead and stay aligned with NRCC members, the following will apply from the Arbroath race onward:1) Federations must book in birds within the same deadlines and under the same rules as NRCC members. Please note that you will be invoiced for the number of birds booked in, even if some members later choose not to send or reduce their entry.
2) A copy of each member’s vaccination sheet must travel with the birds on the transporter, in line with APHA rules. Please ensure members bring this to the Marking Station when entering birds for their first race.
3) Federations will be invoiced after each race. Please ensure payment is received by Ian Bellamy before the next race; otherwise, your members will not be able to send birds.
4) Birdage will be charged at NRCC birdage prices plus 50 pence extra per non NRCC bird
5) Don’t forget, if your members fly more than 475 miles from Lerwick then they can join the NRCC!

Lerwick, entry numbers to Dilys King by 12:00 noon Sunday 28th June…£10.00 plus 50p per bird
Thurso, entry numbers to Dilys King by 12:00 noon Monday 13th July…£5.00 plus 50p per bird
Dunbar Young Birds & Old Hens, entry numbers to Dilys King by close of day Tuesday 8th September…£3.00 plus 50p per bird
